Pianegonda Club Terms and Conditions
This section sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the Pianegonda CLUB loyalty program. By participating in Pianegonda CLUB, the user accepts and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions listed below. Bros Manifatture Srl, with registered office in via Guido Rossa, 1 – 63833, Fermo, Italy, creator and promoter of the activities available on PIANEGONDA and the Pianegonda CLUB service, reserves the right to use the personal data voluntarily provided by the user, in compliance with current regulations (articles 13 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council). The aforementioned terms and conditions integrate the legal terms and cookie policy published on PIANEGONDA.

How it works
Upon registration on PIANEGONDA, users are automatically enrolled in the Pianegonda CLUB. To access the program, you must be logged into the website. The account created, its benefits (rewards obtained) and points are personal and non-transferable. Pianegonda CLUB is a benefit provided to PIANEGONDA users and as such can be suspended, revoked or cancelled at any time by Bros Manifatture Srl, for any reason or no reason. In the event of termination of the service by the user, all program benefits, including accrued points and other benefits, will be automatically and immediately forfeited. In the event of cancellation of participation by the user, or termination of the Pianegonda CLUB by the company, Bros Manifatture Srl assumes no responsibility for points not used by participants or for the loss of other program-related benefits. If the user has previously chosen not to receive communications from PIANEGONDA, they will not receive communications regarding the Pianegonda CLUB. It is possible to register or reactivate the receipt of email communications by logging into PIANEGONDA and selecting the "Subscribe to our newsletter" option, by clicking here.

Levels
When a user signs up for the Pianegonda CLUB program, they acquire Bronze level status. By accumulating points, it is possible to access higher levels (Silver and Gold) and their related benefits. The benefits linked to the levels may vary at any time and may be communicated only through newsletters or other communication channels.

- Bronze Level: 0-600 points
- Silver Level: 600-1000 points
- Gold Level: from 1000 points
Levels do not expire. Once a user has earned the points necessary to access a higher level, they will maintain the achieved status even if they subsequently use or expire the points.

Point Validity
Confirmed points are valid for 12 months: they will expire on the last day of the month of the validity period. In the event of a benefit request, points with an earlier expiration date will be deducted first. Example: Order placed on March 12, 2024. Points confirmed on April 15, 2024. Points valid until April 30, 2025.

How to earn points with Pianegonda Club
Upon joining the Pianegonda CLUB program, users immediately earn 10 points. Subsequently, they can earn points in the following ways:

Online purchases on PIANEGONDA
Full-price items: 1 point per 1€/$
Non-full-price items: 0.5 points per 1€/$
Points are calculated at the individual item level.

The number of points awarded is based on the numerical value of the billing currency; if the billing currency changes due to a different shipping country, the number of points will also change. For example, if for an order with shipping to Italy worth €100, the shipping country is changed to the United States, the value will be modified to $110, changing the number of points from 100 to 110. In case of using a discount code, its value will be deducted from the total points earned for the items in the order. Example: the customer purchases a non-full-price item worth €300, which corresponds to 150 points earned. A 10% discount code is applied. The customer pays €270 but gets 135 points, because the 15 points corresponding to the discount code are deducted from the total points (which was 150 points).

You can earn 10 points by following PIANEGONDA's profile on Pinterest. To receive these points, the action must be performed through the dedicated tab on the "Get points" page. The points will appear immediately afterward in the "Your activities" section.

You can earn 10 points by following PIANEGONDA's profile on YouTube. To receive these points, the action must be performed through the dedicated tab on the "Get points" page.

The points will appear immediately afterward in the "Your activities" section. Points from online purchases will appear as pending in the "Your activities" section (it may not be immediate). If one or more items within the order are returned, the points corresponding to each returned item will be deducted from the total points obtained. For more information, please refer to the Returns section. If you proceed with a size/color change request, the points will remain pending and will be credited within ... days after the change.

Using Points
Once the user has accumulated enough points, they can request the benefits that the Pianegonda CLUB program provides.

Discount Codes
Discount codes can be used for a future purchase. The discount is applied proportionally to the eligible items in the order. On the PIANEGONDA website, discount codes of various amounts will be available based on the user's achieved level. The conditions are specified on the dedicated Terms and Conditions of Benefits page.

Early Access to Private Sales
Users registered with Pianegonda CLUB will have early access to Private Sales held online by PIANEGONDA.

Birthday Discount
In their birthday month, the user will have access to an exclusive discount code and if they place an order in their birthday month, they will receive an exclusive gift inside their order.

General information
Bros Manifatture Srl. is the promoter of the Pianegonda CLUB loyalty program. The program and related benefits are void where prohibited by law. Taxation may be provided for in cases prescribed by law. Bros Manifatture Srl. assumes no responsibility for users who, by participating in the program, violate the laws or regulations established by their State or Country. User participation is subject to the current and future rules of the loyalty program. Participation is valid only on PIANEGONDA and points can only be used on PIANEGONDA. No purchase is necessary to register for Pianegonda CLUB. To start obtaining and accumulating points, the user must be registered on PIANEGONDA with a valid username and password. By registering with Pianegonda CLUB, the user accepts and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of use of the program and gives their consent for Bros Manifatture Srl. to collect and use the personal data voluntarily provided by the user and the data collected from their activities within the Pianegonda CLUB. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy. The data controller for data collected through the website is Bros Manifatture Srl. All collected data will be processed at the data controller's headquarters, subject to the exceptions specified in the Privacy Policy. The data controller processes users' personal data by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of personal data. Personal data, voluntarily provided by the user, is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. In addition to the data controller, in some cases, categories of persons involved in the organization of the site or external parties may have access to personal data. Commercial use (e.g., purchasing products for resale) of Pianegonda CLUB is strictly prohibited and will be considered an abuse. Bros Manifatture Srl. reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine whether a purchase has been made for commercial use.

Right of Admission and Adherence to the Service
Pianegonda CLUB can be used by users who are 18 years of age or older at the date of their first registration on PIANEGONDA.

Bros Manifatture Srl. reserves the right to modify, revoke or cancel participation in the Pianegonda CLUB, without prior notice, for anyone who, in the company's discretion, violates the terms and conditions of use of the program. It also reserves the right to revoke points, at its discretion, for any type of abuse committed by users.

Limitation of Liability
By joining Pianegonda CLUB, the user exempts Bros Manifatture Srl. and its affiliated or dependent companies from any responsibility for any damages, losses or injuries of any kind arising from or connected to the use of the loyalty program, or from the use of the assigned points. Bros Manifatture Srl. assumes no responsibility for any problems due to the malfunction of connection devices, networks, hardware or software, the Internet, the provider or for data traffic congestion and for unauthorized human interventions. Users must accept the terms and conditions of this notice, and are required to periodically visit these pages to stay informed about updates, modifications and corrections of these terms and conditions of use.

Bros Manifatture Srl. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions contained in this legal notice, if necessary, without prior notice.

Program Changes
Bros Manifatture SRL. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Pianegonda CLUB and to cancel or revoke the program at any time, without prior notice and without further obligations to users, including changes to the rules regarding point acquisition, their value, and their duration.
