Poste SDA is the authorized courier for Pianegonda.com shipments.
The customer will be kept up to date throughout the transaction: from the moment the order is sent, he will receive a shipment tracking code and the web address where he can track the delivery status of the shipment online.

All deliveries made by Pianegonda.com are insured against theft and damage from accidents. Once the delivery has been collected and confirmed by signature, the insurance coverage lapses.

Pianegonda will not be responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the courier.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is invited to check:

• that the envelope is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closure: any disputes must be reported to the courier and the same will need to be accounted for at the time of signing for collection by means of the wording “Withdrawn subject to control” ; otherwise the package will be considered delivered correctly;
• that the products correspond to what is indicated in the order confirmation both in terms of number and type; any disputes must be reported to the courier and it will be necessary to give an account of the same at the time of affixing the signature for the collection by means of the wording “Withdrawn subject to control; otherwise the contents of the package will be considered free from faults and/or defects.
